Our Process
STEP 1
Site Meeting And Design
This is the process of transforming your vision into 3D Design using high tech software which will transform the ideas discussed from the site meeting. Your vision is presented to you in a 3D Format and if there are any changes to be done, the design is still open for discussion until you approve the design you want.
STEP 2
PREPARATION AND SITE VERIFICATION
When you have reached an agreement and all necessary paper work has been completed, all drawings and designs are taken to the production side. A site meeting is requested for site verification in line with the technical drawings done. You will be requested that your plumber and electrician be on site to discuss all water points and electrical points to ensure there is a smooth flow of work once fitting commences. Our Team will advise the dates before installation.
STEP 3
PRODUCTION
Our production is based in Ruwa. After site verification and preparation, the production team is tasked with all the cutting, edging, framing and polishing in line with the technical drawing and adjustments from the site verification. Close monitoring and supervision is done to ensure everything is done according to the technical drawings and site plans.
STEP 4
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION/ FITTING
All work before delivery goes through total quality management. This ensures all units get on site good as new. Installation is done by our highly motivated permanent installers and all the teams have a team leader who will be available as the work is on going and closely monitoring all the work being done. Our warranty is 3 years after handover has been done.
STEP 5
HANDOVER
Once the project has been completed, the project will be handed over to you through our sales represantative(s) who will take you through the project and also offer after sales service. Your feedback will also be requested which will assist us continuously improve our workmanship and service
